Punk In The Park 2026 Officially Canceled Following Political Fallout

Dropkick Murphys February 28, 2026 punk in the park

The traveling festival series Punk In The Park has officially canceled all of its 2026 roadshow events.

The traveling festival series Punk In The Park has officially canceled all of its 2026 roadshow events. The decision comes after a week of intense scrutiny and a mass exodus of artists following the revelation that festival owner Cameron Collins (Brew Ha Ha Productions) made financial contributions to Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.

The cancellation affects three major dates: Pittsburgh (April 18), Orlando (May 2), and Vallejo (May 23). In a statement released on February 27, 2026, organizers cited "the current climate surrounding the events" as the primary reason, noting that the ongoing controversy made it impossible to move forward as planned.
Mass Artist Departures

Prior to the cancellation, the lineup had been "dropping like flies." Just an hour before the festival’s final announcement, UK punk veterans The Adicts pulled out, stating that "punk rock should unify us, not divide us." They joined a growing list of bands who had already severed ties, including:

Manic Hispanic

8 Kalacas

Naked Aggression

N8NOFACE

Dropkick Murphys (who vowed never to play the festival again following initial revelations last year)

The Dead Kennedys had initially declared they would fulfill their 2026 commitments to avoid disappointing ticket-holders, but they too confirmed they would never book the festival again in the future.
Refund Information

Organizers have promised that all ticket holders will receive full automatic refunds at their original point of purchase within the next week. No action is required from the fans.
